V-data ECReader (Edge-code Reader) for WindowsECReader (Edge-code Reader) for Windows

ECReader allows you to decode edge-code data from images generated by the VED-M. In addition, it allows you to automatically download a satellite image of the area specified by the spatial coordinates specified in the edge-code! Requires Windows 98/2000/ME/NT/XP, and version 1.0 of the .NET Framework
